You should know this, if you are an adult.
Money is never enough, no matter how much you earn (at least in my opinion).
It is difficult to earn money but it is easier to spend money. Don't you think so?
It takes a month to earn a meager 1K, but it takes a few days to spend it all (rental, loans, bills, etc).
My mum taught me to save money whenever possible. When I was a kid / teenager, saving money is possible. I would get RM15 a week and save about RM10 every week.
The reason for me to save money is so that I could buy fiction books such as HP series and others.
However, after working for 4 years and even after getting married, I find myself in a tough situation when it comes to saving money.
I don't have savings except for the EPF (which is only useful when I am 55 years old).
A new year is always the best time to do something different or do something that is beneficial.
I have decided to put aside some money for savings and by the end of 2010, I must have at least 10K.
Can I do that? I hope so!
